It is now well into the second year of Jet Airways providing trucking services to Emirates Sky Cargo at LAX and I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your excellent service.  It has been many years since I first did business with you (many more years then I am willing to admit) and it has always been a pleasant experience.

You have a great team of professionals who always come through for us, especially when the pressure is on.  So far they were always on top of things, many times in a most proactive manner and I am confident that this will continue on.

I applaud you for delivering superior service at a very competitive price.  This combination has enabled us to meet and exceed the needs of our customers while adding to our bottom line.  The personal touch you two apply is yet another reason why I have opted to use your services.  Keep up the great work and most importantly, continue to show up at the holidays in your imaginative outfits.
